- Residential or commercial roofing knowledge
- Knowledge of roof details & installations (shingle, tile, metal, modify, TPO)
- Strong management and organizational skills
- OSHA, roofing and construction safety knowledge along with FL codes & requirements
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot roof leaks
- Ability to communicate with crews, coworkers, clients and inspectors
- Knowledge of roof repairs and maintenance
- Must have a valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
