Quality Assurance Technician (2nd Shift)
Job description
Employee monitors product quality by taking required samples as determined by the Quality Assurance Department. Employee also audits Critical Control Points of the HACCP plan, production coding, and assists in the monitoring of GMP’s in his/her work area. This position also performs bake-offs, cheese melts, and other quality tests as directed by the department. Perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
