JOB LOCATION: 190 Mercer Street, 122 W 27 Street and 27 Barrow, New York NY
FLSA: Exempt
JOB STATUS: Full-Time
AVAILABILITY: Open to discuss but will fall between 8am-7pm, Monday-Friday

Position Summary:
Greenwich House Health Services Division is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to provide quality assurance measurement, utilization review and reporting, as well as record request management across the division. This individual will work with outside compliance resources and the Compliance Officer on development and implementation of corrective action plans.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct Utilization reviews.
- Conduct qualitative chart reviews.
- Conduct PSYCHES review and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of Internal and external corrective action plans.
- Assist in the development of external corrective action plans.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collect all aspects of program data and produce internal and external statistical reports.
- Assist in the record request process following internal guidelines.
- Provide administrative support the CO for compliance committee meetings.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in staff meetings.
- Attend and actively participate in supervision.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health science related field with a focus in behavioral health including but not limited to: Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Social Work.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience related to Quality and Performance Improvement including, utilization review
- Minimum of 5 years behavioral health experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- RN license
- Quality Certification

We will consider exceptions for religious and medical reasons, where appropriate. “Fully vaccinated” means you must have both doses of a 2-dose vaccine and two weeks have elapsed since the second dose, or have received 1 dose of a 1-dose vaccine and two weeks have elapsed since the dose. Proof of vaccination status must be submitted prior to your start date and includes CDC Vaccine Card, NYS Excelsior Pass, NYC Vaccination Record, and other official Vaccine Record.
