Hamilton-Ryker has a client in Paducah who is looking to fill the position of Returns Assistant. This will be a temporary position, leading to a full-time position, with a starting pay of $12.50 per hour.
Purchasing Department - Returns Assistant.
Position reports to the Purchasing Manager.
Job Description:
This position primarily involves the resolution of discrepancies between purchase orders and product invoices. Discrepancies may include: shortage, overage, incorrect and damaged product. Involves making/taking calls and emailing vendors to discuss discrepancies and their resolution, sorting and filing large amounts of paperwork and occasional trips to the warehouse throughout the day.
