Phoenix Induction is looking for a full-time Office/Purchasing Clerk to join our office team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to…

Purchasing

• · Receive and process purchase requisitions
• · Call/email vendors for price and delivery info
• · Complete purchase orders, and get approvals
• · Share, track POs in process
• · Follow up as necessary with vendor and delivery
• · Match POs with receiving documentation fulfilled POs
• · Participate and contribute to purchasing process improvements
• · Manage vendor onboarding and vendor contact info
• · Support the development of parts data

General Office

• · Assist with incoming phone calls
• · Ensure professional office communication using email, shared calendars, phones
• · Support shared use of company electronic and paper files
• · Support the office team by performing additional duties as they arise

Skills Required:

• · Excellent phone skills
• · Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• · Ability to learn new computer systems
• · Organized
• · Self-Starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
