Part-Time Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to provide exceptional service to our patients.

The Front Desk Receptionist:
May be required to open center at 5:30 a.m . –powering up computers, checking phone messages, make coffee, etc.

Communicates with patients and families, physicians and staff

Register and admit patients and process their paperwork

Prepare patient charts

Update patient demographics/information in system

Collect monies due and prepare daily deposit log

Answer incoming phone calls.

Required Skills:
High school graduate or equivalent.

One year previous experience or some hospital/medical clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.

Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.

Thirty-five (35) wpm typing skills required.

Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial

Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.

Familiarity with patient engagement software.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
