Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
What Youll Do: Youll provide a great experience and be a SUPERSTAR by helping our clients! Youll be part of a team that WOWs everyone with everything you do! - Wrap, pack and unpack like a rockstar! Youre taking care of clients precious belongings so show them what a PRO looks like! We treat our clients belongings like we treat our own belongings.
- Make the client be blown away by their new living space in a senior community. How do we do that, you may ask? Assisting with downsizing, hanging photos, and placing things where they need to go! Our clients will have tears of joy because of YOU!
- Youll need a keen eye to look for things that may need special care of attention! Dont worry, you will be supported by TEAM to ensure everything is taken care of for the client.
- Your IT factor. Every WayForthian brings a special flare to the COMPANY that makes us successful.
Whats Needed:
- Lets get vaccinated! Connect with YOUR People Development Team or Onboarding Coach about what that means and why!
- Got wheels? Great! Youll need them! This job requires you to drive to and from clients homes and communities. Dont worry, we offer MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT!
- Connected? Bring your Smartphone so you can check your schedule, emails, and text messages from the COMPANY!
- Participate and attend some great training! We want you to be successful from DAY ONE!
- Are you looking for Part-Time? No problem! Work 3 consecutive days between Monday through Saturday! Perfect job for someone who loves FLEXIBILITY.
- Get some sleep and rest up because we may need you to start early!
- Got some muscle? You may need to lift to 30 lbs. and stand for 4-8 hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required! You Got This!
