Job description

We are looking for a Part-Time Property Manager for our Meadowview Apartments community in Mahomet, IL for approximately10 to 12 hours/week. The ideal candidate must be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service. Knowledge of Tax Credit Paperwork and Section 8 LIHTC preferred.

Duties to Include:
- Leasing of apartment homes
- Preparing leasing paperwork and processing of Section 42 paperwork
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Resident relations
- Light grounds upkeep

Cleaning and helping to maintain All Common Areas throughout two buildings.

Qualifications: Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.

Compensation: Based upon experience

Start Date: Immediately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
