The Community Manager is responsible for leading and directing all community operations. Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating performance of all staff members. We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team in Fayetteville, NC at our Autumn View community.

Qualified professionals will have at least five years of property management experience in community management. We offer competative salary pay and bonus potential!

Summary of Position:

• Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing
• Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
• Completing all lease paperwork and ensure files are accurate
• Completing and processing applications
• Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
• Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements
• Upkeep the office and clubhouse
• Rent collections and overseeing delinquency reporting
• Processing invoices and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner and within budget goals
• Prepare monthly financial reports and leasing reports for Regional Manager and ownership
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Multifamily/Property Mangagement Experience
• Yardi Experpience preferred
