We are looking for a competitive insurance Sales and Service Representative to help expand our Agency by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly. The Goal is to provide excellent service while contributing to agency growth.

Responsibilities for the Sales and Service Representative position

• Be Knowledgeable about the product
• Generating leads, Outbound calls, marketing, center of influence and referrals
• Contact new and existing customer to discuss needs
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Resolve customer complaints
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Maintain contact list and follow up with customer to continue relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues working as a team
• Attend and participate in training when provided

Skills

• Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or other sales experience

• Basic computer knowledge

• Proven ability to work with goals

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
