Snelling is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for a valued client. This role monitors everything on site from start to finish, ensuring the project delivery is on time and on budget.
Commercial Construction Requirements:
- Strong commercial or industrial experience
- 10-15 years in the construction industry, with at least 7 years as a Superintendent
- Comfortable managing $15-30 million dollar projects
- Exceptional leadership capability
- Experience in schedule development, managing project risks and budgets
- Laser focus on safety on the job site
