Project Manager and Site Superintendent

Are you a Project Manager Site Superintendent ready to join an expanding company for a long-term partnership? Ready to oversee the planning, development, and construction of exciting and innovative new projects? Then Barbat Holdings is eager to meet you!

Location: West Bloomfield, MI
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Type: Full-time

If you have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management and site supervision
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

And you can:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Read and interpret blueprints (complete Blueprint skills assessment)
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of all work within budget & according to specifications
• Supervise that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
• Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other paperwork and communicate closely with ownership
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
