Job description

1.Develop work plan, KPI assessment, and coordinate the implementation of the project; curriculum development: according to the needs of government and enterprise employees, secondary school students and university students, develop curriculum content related to dual carbon, ESG and sustainable development, design course outlines, standard specifications for course products, knowledge points, cases, learning materials, exercises, assignments, videos, etc;

2. Channel development: establish and maintain cooperative relationships with overseas and domestic partners, and jointly develop on-the-ground study and research courses;

3. Participate in talent development course design and activity design, experience in double carbon course design is preferred;

4. Responsible for the maintenance and communication of the project brand, expand the influence of the project, media expansion and maintenance, and prepare for promotional materials;

5. Take the initiative to contact professors, expand resources, polish project content, communicate regularly with lecturers and talents, gain an in-depth understanding of their needs and characteristics, and grasp the current situation of the demand for talents in the field of dual-talk;

6.Follow up on the latest policies and trends of talent training in the field of climate change, and improve the project work plan and assessment in real time.

Job requirements

1.In-depth research in the field of dual carbon, with rich knowledge reserve and resources;

2.Excellent ability to capture hotspots and integrate information, able to find out the latest talent policy and its development trend in time;

3. Good social skills, able to communicate with people from different fields, good communication skills and good at listening to what others have to say;

4. Excellent oral communication skills in English and Chinese, able to write and communicate bilingually and orally without barriers;

5. The ability to learn quickly, with experience of participating in academic research, or working independently on other academic projects;

6. The ability and experience to teach, and the ability to use a variety of educational and guidance methods to help people of different levels and foundations.
