Job description
The Project Manager Lead, Service Parts, is responsible for executing the aftersales plan for new product launches. This role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction and supporting Uptime directives by managing processes and delivery of Service Solutions support materials to the Navistar dealer network for new product launches.
Responsibilities:- Manage the development and implementation process of the company's products and services
- Leads a cross-functional team of experts working on related projects by managing the projects in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available by managing them individually
- Focuses on project interdependencies and helps to determine the optimal approach for managing them
- Customer point of contact
- Manages cost, schedule, and performance
- Maintains continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives
- Builds credibility and rapport with the stakeholders at multiple levels internal and external
- Ensures the ultimate success of the program
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience
- Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience
- At least 7 years of technical project/program management experience

- Experience in Automotive/Trucking industry
- Familiar with Parts on Heavy duty trucks/cars
- Program/Project/Product Management experience (preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
