Project Manager | Denver Metropolitan Area
Reporting to Director of PMO
Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis not matter what their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.
Primary Responsibilities:
During a typical day you will...
- Facilitate deadline-driven planning, execution, adaptation, delivery, and review of business projects
- Drive team and management communication regarding scope, schedule, budget, resources, and potential issues
- Establish task ownership, team resources, and team feedback
- Utilize reports to track progress and delivery of project objectives
- Facilitate project organization, documentation, and budget reporting
- Analyze project profitability and margins
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI or candidate working towards certification preferred
- 5 years of project management experience preferred
- Financial modeling skills required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with PACS and HL7 is a plus
- GAP and SWOT analysis skills
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation is between $75,000 and $120,000 annually based on knowledge and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
