TITLE: Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst, Vice President
LOCATION: New York, NY (Option to work remotely within a commutable distance from the worksite)
DUTIES: Perform analysis of large volumes of data to answer key business questions. Deliver business metrics and insights through reports, presentations and interactive dashboards to drive sales strategy. Lead projects to implement a client-centric data architecture and execute the integration of data across multiple sources and formats for client 360-degree view. Create business requirements documents and other supporting artifacts such as business workflows and report mock-ups. Evaluation of new data sources, and subsequent acquisition and delivery of data. Coordinate creation of artifacts such as RAID, project status decks, business requirements, functional IT requirements, front-to-back business process flows, technical architecture diagrams, requirements traceability, business and technical use cases, and test strategy documents.
REQTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field plus eight (8) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered, as a Business Analyst or a related position. Must have eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience with all of the following: Managing data and analytics projects within the Financial Services or Asset Management industry; Performing project management and developing business requirements for the delivery of large-scale data programs aligning with long-term business needs and strategic data architecture initiatives by driving technology change; Creating detailed project plans and project Gantt charts, business requirement documentation, functional requirement documentation, process flow diagrams, enterprise data modeling documentation, traceability matrix documentation, use case documentation, test case plans and test case documentation; and Using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Visio, Python and R.
HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
SALARY: $155,000 - $155,000 per year
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $155,000-$155,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
