WOW Logistics is now hiring for a Project Manager – Sales & Marketing Process Excellence!

WOW Logistics is seeking a creative, organized, and process-driven project manager to join its sales and marketing team! As the Project Manager – Sales & Marketing Process Excellence, you will be responsible for defining processes within the sales and marketing department, specifying, and documenting standard operating procedures, developing training materials, managing project meetings, and managing company and departmental project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the standards for our CRM including task utilization and logging
  • Establish processes and track the action items that are derived from sales and marketing meetings. This includes strategic group, sales pipeline, marketing campaign management, and space planning meetings
  • Identify and create tools for managing the sales cycle. This includes pricing approvals, campaign management, legal documentation, pipeline reporting, and interactions between related departments
  • Develop annual strategic account management processes
  • Define a variety of administrative processes. This includes sales travel, bonus plans, and expense reports
  • Define processes for training the sales team. This includes onboarding new employees, Salesforce training, service and product overviews, sales cycle elements, and defining the purpose for specific meetings
  • Define marketing processes. These include coordinating internal account plan reviews, metrics, and executive reporting
  • Identify and create tools for space planning between operations, engineering, and sales
  • Develop standard operating procedures for the department. This includes establishing a calendar for process auditing and development
  • Company and departmental goal project management. This includes developing documentation for sales performance, coordinating tasks and follow-up action items, and defining and documenting forecasted processes
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent education and work experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management or similar field
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Smartsheet experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of project management methods and practices
  • Self-motivated with process driven mindset
  • Ability to be agile in shifting priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent work ethic
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM experience
