As a leading designer and fabricator of retail store displays and fixtures. We specialize in creating custom injection-molded single-serve coolers to drive impulse purchases at convenience and grocery stores. We also design and manufacture a variety of specialized retail racks and fixtures made of plastic, wood, metal, or wire. Project Manager is responsible for several duties at Presence from Innovation (PFI), including the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors project and summarizes progress to owner. Coordinates customer requirements with sales, design, Engineering, Production, and Installation.

This role will support our Owensville MO (1004 Industrial Dr, Owensville, MO 65066) office as well as our Hazelwood location. This position will require regular travel between both locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Liaison between the customer / sales and internal departments

· Create a project specific checklist with tasks and deadlines for each project.

· Track and follow each new project from concept through shipment

· Communicate and understand customer and market requirements

· Participate in project packaging, QC, identification, and shipping configuration to ensure customer expectations are met.

· Visit all PFI factories on a regular basis to monitor the progress of projects in production.

· Inspect first run prototypes and production with QC and Engineering

· Assist pricing team with quoting projects you are assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Education Required/Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

· Experience: 2 to 4 years

· Project Management

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong PC proficiency (Excel/Word/Power point/Outlook)

· Strong Project Management/Time Management skills/Excellent verbal and written

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
