ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER- Residential multi family - Non Union
Will hire ASAP
Will be running the roofing, Stucco siding and concrete deck coating division. They do Sika Coating projects.
We are currently looking for a Construction Superintendent for a General Contractor that has a excellent name in this business..
Candidates must have high rise multi family build experience. Experience on projects valued at over $10 -$30 million.
This position is offering a competitive salary and full benefits.
You will be responsible for supervising all on-site high rise residential multi-family construction projects, including scheduling sub-contractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and relevant building codes.

- Bidding, scoping & buy-out
- Contracts
- Scheduling
- Payment processing
- RFIs, ASI, and change orders & directives
