Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Documentation of receiving items to set in place (generators, electrical switchgear, chillers, etc.) and all items that pertains to those items.
  • Manages the RFI’s and CO’s.
  • Participate in all required meetings per the Project Manager.
  • Document and submit rigging inspections, JHA’s, PTP’s, equipment inspections, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need.
  • Presents monthly billing to Project Manager for review.
  • Scan and archive digital blueprints and schematics for future access.
  • Ensures that all field records are being kept.
  • Manages and monitors the RFI’s and CO’s.
  • Ensures that changes are correctly posted to budget and other job tracking systems.
  • Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including time sheets, daily reports, etc.
  • Visits job sites or onsite offices daily.
  • Organization and inventory of onsite storage/rigging working closely with the onsite foreman(s)
  • Daily or weekly reports for all tracked items (Job Tracker, CO’s, PO’s, etc.) to Project Manager.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing project support with construction projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook

  • Demonstrated ability to interface with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability working independently and collectively, assertive, organized, detail oriented, punctual, and highly self-motivated.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Standard office environment including work at a computer terminal. Work involves extended periods of sitting, occasional walking and lifting up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
