This position is for our office located in Cumming, GA and serves clients in Georgia, Arizona, northern California, and nationwide.

What will you do?
- Manage the customer relationship during delivery and serve as the primary interface with the customer.
- Prepare a clear and effective communications, plan, and ensure proactive communication of all relevant information to the customer and to all stakeholders.
- Define the customization of global operational processes together with relevant point of contacts to meet project requirements.
- Facilitates gathering and validation of project requirements.
- Ensures all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.
- Drive project kick-off activities: internal meetings, statement of work creation, project plan documentation.
- Provide oversight and management of work backlogs, the prioritization process and work scheduling and monitoring.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Monitor and control that the project is delivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope.
- Ensure that the project meets all objectives for quality and looks continuously for quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates internal and external resources scheduled, ensures projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
- Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
- Manage customer complaints, changing requirements and corrective actions, while avoiding “scope creep.”
- Collaborates with the Project and IT Manager Teams to ensure the needs of the client have been met.
- Supervises hand-offs ensuring smooth transition of Projects to the Service Desk and other internal teams when an implementation has been completed.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Putting in place a continuous improvement program with focus on identifying and implementing best practices, measuring performance, and driving improvements.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project management documentation.
- Provides regular updates to the Director of Professional Services on trends that are affecting the profitability and efficiency of the Professional Services Team.
- Leverage the existing tools or put in place new ones to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Assist in team development through holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, and leveraging cross-functional team skills to improve product backlog throughput.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 1-2 years equivalent work experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Manager experience (Preferred experience in the technical vertical).
- Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning with purpose.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users.
- Strong experience in the continuous scheduling of work for yourself and other team members.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and other computer components.
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, servers, UPS, and peripherals.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable method of transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
