PCS Residential is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior home construction, scheduling resources, and ordering materials.

Essential Duties:

• Schedule crews to utilize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses by selecting the right crew for each job.
• Keep homeowners informed of timeline and job status.
• Compile material orders and schedule delivery prior to crews starting work.
• Ensure the new project checklist is complete for project start.
• Schedule and manage jobsite supervisor(s).
• Coordinate service calls.
• Manage subcontractor back-charges and call to schedule warranty work.
• Process and approve vendor invoices.
• Update project status in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years project coordination experience in exterior home construction
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating window installation desired
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and a web-based scheduling software
• Ability to self-manage and work independently towards reaching departmental and company goals.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task in a fast environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
