Job Summary

The Project Coordinator for Professional Services is responsible for assisting the consulting department in completing tasks to ensure the timely and efficient completion of consulting projects, proposals, and other projects as needed. This individual is also responsible for booking travel, ordering supplies, organizing routine project status reports, providing updates to internal teams/stakeholders, and other tasks as needed. This position is dynamic and includes working with multiple conflicting priorities and interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization both inside and outside of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Manage and coordinate the execution of multiple project deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and on budget

● Maintain project records through data entry into proprietary software/systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite

● Edit and review project documents for consistency, grammar, and formatting

● Perform quality control tasks related to projects; this may include reviewing and auditing cost proposals, databases, and timelines to ensure projects are on-track and complete

● Coordinate travel and support logistics, such as meals and transportation, for assigned projects

● Communicate with, coordinate and procure assessors/SMEs for projects

● Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, SMEs, and other related stakeholders

● Assist in the development, review, and administration of online surveys

● Facilitate and encourage collaboration across team members to ensure projects are completed successfully

● Weekly and monthly reporting and record-keeping duties

● Develop promotional exams, including but not limited to, written exams and assessment center exercises.

● Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

● Minimum 2 years related work experience

● Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, calendar, sheets, docs, etc.)

● Demonstrated success in multitasking, managing conflicting deadlines, and communicating (phone, email, and virtual) with multiple stakeholder groups

● Strong verbal, written, and listening skills

● Ability to read, create, and explain standard operating procedures (SOP's) and detailed instructions

● Effectively respond to or present information to customers, staff, and other departments
