123Net is seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator with telecommunications experience. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Position Description:

· Ensure that all projects are delivered and completed to client satisfaction

· Facilitate client requests for installations, renewals, upgrades, moves and changes to services

· Oversee and track tasks, timelines, and resources needed to meet project objectives as well as providing relevant parties with updates on projects

· Coordinate with internal departments, including project activities, work plans, resources and equipment

Qualifications:

· Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking

· Experience communicating effectively with others

· Strategic thinker who makes sound decisions

· Show an intense interest in 123Net’s success

· High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Telecommunications knowledge (preferred but not required)

· IP Networking knowledge (preferred but not required)

· Construction Industry knowledge (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $34.00 per hour
