POSITION TITLE: Program Manager, Digital Inclusion
The Program Manager, Digital Inclusion at Rx.Health will inform, design and implement initiatives related to digital inclusion.
Digital inclusion involves the activities necessary to ensure equitable access to and use of information and communication technologies for participation in social and economic life including for education, social services, health, social and community participation.
The position will require regular travel across the state of New York.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Program management and coordination with various stakeholders including government agencies, community-based programs, Health Plans and other organizations involved in addressing digital and social disparities within NY.
2. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on progress across teams to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely, high quality and within-budget manner.
3. Support development and testing of digital equity programs in partnership with Rx.Health product development teams.
4. Monitoring and managing program related data received from active implementations and create rapid feedback cycle for internal Rx.Health teams and the customers.
5. Participate in data analysis and creation and dissemination of output arising from those implementations and success stories (including case-studies, presentations, abstracts, and publications).
Key Accountabilities:
1. Have good team-based communication skills, be a self-learner and problem solver. Provide continuous feedback into processes and suggest novel ideas or solutions.
2. Drive customer and stakeholder adoption and engagement, participate in the development and continuous improvement of best practices, processes and documentation for implementation of digital equity programs.
3. Inform Rx.Health strategy on SDOH and digital equity including business and technology, recommend and build new partnerships and product ideas, to improve patient and member engagement, customer adoption and retention, market share and competitive advantage.
Build market intelligence and contribute to new business proposals for new product development and/or launches.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, social work and/or healthcare.
- Experience working in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences settings.
- High degree of understanding of payer and provider informatics and analytics tools including EHRs, CRM/Care Management solutions and regulatory landscape across geographies.
- Demonstrated strong networking and management skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills with ability to lead a team independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests.
- Working from home 60-80%; working in-field or customer site(s) 20-40%.
- Residing in New York/New Jersey area.
