Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations, BCI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver programs and projects in close collaboration with clients, team members and various department functions. As a Program Manager, you will coordinate efforts and lead overall programs with strong attention to detail, process, stakeholder engagement, and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for structuring and simplifying complex problems and ensuring commitments are aligned, delivered, optimized, and structured. This individual will be a self-driven, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who can think both strategically and tactically to get the job done. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing team while driving impact and making transformational change within our business.
Salary range: $120,000-150,000 (Annual)
Responsibilities/Duties
Oversee day-to-day activities within the larger BCI program to meet organizational goals and requirements. This includes:
- Drive and execute against BCI's strategic roadmap
- Deliver solutions with a focus on strategy, process, people, and stakeholder management impacts and outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous, environment while delivering high-quality work on time
- Coordinate workstreams, creation and maintenance of interlocking schedules, the tracking of dependencies, status, risks and progress for any one or multiple initiatives
- Partner with field operation teams, clients, and partner organizations to ensure engagement and effective implementation of programs across the portfolio
- Implement and provide guidance related to program management processes and policies
- Coach, mentor and manage project managers with their assigned duties
- Identify opportunities for teams to work more closely together by aligning goals, processes, and plans
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Understand end-to-end solutions and implementation paths, in order to execute large security initiatives
- Ensure the compliance of program standards by making sure project plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies during key program or organizational changes and transitions
Required Skills

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously working under pressure to meet deadlines

- The ability to work effectively within a remote environment and across different stakeholders
- Knowledge of business administration and program management principles
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Skills
- Ability to synthesize data and make data informed decisions
- Excellent knowledge of change management principles
Required Experience
- Experience in customer service and service delivery
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
- Five (5) years of experience in program management or eight (8) years of experience in project management.
Preferred Experience
- Proven track record of managing stakeholders and driving alignment and collaboration in a cross functional environment
- Two (2) year of previous experience managing a team and developing direct reports
- Project management certification, e.g. PMP
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification
Required Education
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Preferred Education
- Masters degree in business management or operations/strategy related area

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey

- Ability to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
