Summary:
Island Creek Associates, a professional services firm, is currently seeking a Program Analyst-Journeyman to support PMA-261 Software IPT at Patuxent River, MD.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Apply policy and procedures for financial planning.
- Track and update PMT
- Create and/or manage acquisition documentation (PID requests, CDRLs, SOWs, tech evals.)
- Track funding requests and spend plan status.
- Coordinate updates of the weekly team tracker and other miscellaneous items (data drills, coordinating briefs.)
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Desired Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with NAVAIR AMS Tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Navy/Military radio communications equipment.
- Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOWs and CDRLs
Required Education:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Management or relevant technical discipline OR AA plus 4 additional years’ experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum of three (3) to ten (10) years’ experience performing functional duties.

This is a full-time position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level. Ideal candidates will currently possess an Active DoD Secret Clearance; however, candidates with US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance will be considered. Must be able to receive a Government Common Access Card (CAC), access Government systems, and receive a security clearance.
