What is the HCH Professional Development Program?
The HCH Professional Development Program has been uniquely designed to take participants step-by-step through four progressive phases of training in order to prepare them to become one of Hay Creek Hotels’ elite managers within our ever growing portfolio of hotel and restaurant properties.
This program is distinctive in that an associate or recent graduate can take the program at their own pace and only move on to the next phase when they and their manager feel comfortable. Whether a current or new Associate, they will master line level operations in Phase 1, gain leadership strategy studying human relations and labor management in Phase 2, and gain valuable operations experience with a local mentor and trainer in Phase 3. Participants typically complete the program within 6 months to 1 year.
Our Hay Creek program is unique in that PDP graduates are not displaced after completion of the program - instead, we position our new leaders for roles and locations of their choice to encourage their success and retention within the company. All PDP grads are eligible for any relative opportunities at any of our HCH locations, but are never forced to transfer based on business demands.
Hay Creek offers an extensive benefit and incentive package, including;
- Insurance Benefit package including company-funded Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness plans*
- Free Life Insurance of $25K from HCH*

Our chefs seamlessly integrate their regions’ finest meats, seafood and produce with contemporary cooking styles and flavors. Each Hay Creek restaurant is distinguished by sophisticated yet casual ambiance and cuisine that delivers both comfort and surprise with each bite. We are not the average box hotel, and this is not the average dining experience. Dishes are created each night with the perfect balance of texture, flavor, and presentation. Farm-to-table food brings sensational seasonal menus with creative twists on old classics.
Our Core Values and Beliefs;
We promote and support a culture that Delights & Surprises each of our customers, associates, and business partners.
