Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a Production Sr. Supervisor located at our new state of the art facility in New Hudson, MI. If you have experience in production leadership then this position might be right for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the work results of the overall shift
- Carry out the goals and objectives for the shift as defined by the area leaders
- Primary point of contact for all departments on the afternoon/evening shift
- Ensure safety of colleagues and equipment
- Act as interface between production and support services when issues are escalated
- Address colleague concerns that are escalated by the supervisor
- Coach and develop shift supervisors and team leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years of experience in a production leadership role
- Proven experience leading manufacturing teams
