Job description

We are looking for a Production Control Assistant to help with production scheduling and other related activities at our Redmond plant.

This position will report to our production supervisor, will assist in communicating customer orders and production scheduling information to all our team members in Redmond, and will help maintain daily scheduling acitivities.

Duties/Reponsibilities may include any or all of the following (and others to be determined):

Entry of new customer purchase orders into computer system

Review production requirements and assist in producing production schedules

Close out and reschedule jobs into our next available material run dates

Run Loading Summaries and scrub work centers, opening up scheduling for production

Assist in running Reorder Summaries, releasing stock orders for scheduled material run dates

Review material requirements for upcoming production schedules

Assist in adjustments of re-order levels and quantities after stock jobs are released

Review outside processing requirements, including tracking of open purchase orders

Support job costing and other process improvement goals

Assist in tracking inventory adjustments and transfers

Assist production supervisor in tracking backlog summaries for upcoming scheduling activities

Support other production control activities and projects, including expedite requests

The salary range is $ 22.00 to $30.00 an hour.
