Primary Object of Position: This role is responsible for production scheduling, labor planning, analysis and reporting.

Major Areas of Performance:

  • Partner with Operational Leaders and Client Services to meet required deadlines and outputs
  • Perform labor and capacity planning and forecasting; advise labor requirements by functional role
  • Plan, update and monitor production scheduling while actively tracking plan to success; prioritizes SLA and provides realistic production goals
  • Communicate upcoming scheduling conflicts and risks
  • Involvement with project plans and monitoring execution and ownerships to plans; ability to communicate with vendors
  • Ability to pull and disseminate ad-hoc reports on various KPI’s
  • Ability to pull and analyze operational data including performance metrics
  • Assist with determining appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables by understanding the impact of workflow on production
  • Order management including the research and resolution of errors
  • Researches system discrepancies
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with automated systems
  • Lead daily alignment meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Quote upcoming projects, conduct time studies and ROI analysis
  • Ability to train employees
  • Regularly updating work instructions and process flows
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote LEAN Methodology by assisting in LEAN Manufacturing activities
  • Promote 5-S to maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; comply with all safety and quality policies and conduct audits where assigned
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
  • Support and maintain corporate quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions. (ISO standards where applicable)
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications Required:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of Operational Analytics including scheduling, quoting, KPI’s or project execution
  • Experience with standard warehousing procedures and practices
  • Strong communication skills; respectful treatment of others
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and control
  • Ability to successfully plan and implement organizational improvements
  • High numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Warehouse and Labor Management Systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand other systems
  • LEAN Manufacturing background strongly desired
