Job Description:

The Operations & Production Associate role is a flexible, independent, and highly engaging position at the heart of all things that make a small fashion brand go, including order processing, customer service, garment production, order fulfillment, product setups, and creative ongoing projects.

You’ll join a tight knit team in our bright, organized workspace, rooted within a company culture of integrity, collaboration, openness, and fun and be nurtured in your role with well-established tools for success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Processing new orders in our inventory management software, picking blank garments from our warehouse and preparing goods for printing.
• Loading shirts and operating our state-of-the-art DTG Printing Machines to print original graphics on our custom cut & sewn garments.
• Picking, packing and shipping online and wholesale orders.
• Blank garment receiving, quality control, and inventory organization.
• Assist in custom support ticket management and in person retail showroom sales
• Assist in office and production supply inventory management
• Assist in maintaining printing machines & printheads and cleaning & organizing our space.
• Product setups across all of our online channels
• Creative ongoing projects aligned with your skills & interests

Core Competencies:

• A “roll up your sleeves” kind of attitude with a desire to work with your hands, be physically engaged, and tackle all manner of operational tasks and responsibilities.
• Highly detail oriented, organized, and conscientious.
• Hardworking, reliable, and self-aware to operate independently within our well-established systems knowing when to proactively ask questions.
• Strong writing/verbal skills and emotional intelligence to provide compassionate, insightful, and clear communications in office and through daily internal chat messaging.
• A multitasker extraordinaire.

Skills:

• Prior work experience in some real-world capacity.
• Ability to work with your hands and be physically engaged throughout your 6-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in cloud-based software & systems.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop a big plus.
