Job Description:

• Candidate performs technical work associated with production Enterprise Identity Automation for the Client.
• This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, implementing, and administration of Identity management, including account creation, updates, and rostering.
• Fundamental knowledge of Class Link, Rapid Identity, Office 365, and data flow management will be beneficial.
• Scripting knowledge will be beneficial related to identity automation.
• This position requires operational experience with SSO technologies such as SAML and OAuth.
• The candidate must demonstrate managing enterprise scale applications.
• A candidate with Unix knowledge is preferred.
• This position requires Python/PowerShell knowledge for automation and large dataset changes.
• Experience collecting, cleaning and managing data will be helpful in this position.

Minimum Qualification:

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Four (4) years of directly related work experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This position requires thorough knowledge and experience of working with teams to automate day-to-day tasks using scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Experience with trouble-shooting and managing identities across multiple platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Google is required.
• Candidate should be comfortable working with vendors/helpdesk to troubleshoot identity and/or access issues.
• This position requires the candidate to have the ability to recognize, analyse, and integrate software using API and SSO technologies.
• Be comfortable with two-factor authentication and multi-factor authentication configuration.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ability to understand and execute written and verbal instructions, and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing will be essential.
