Summary of Job Description:
The Product Innovation (PI) Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the team by providing administrative support, managing sample receiving system in test kitchen, and assisting in managing product tests with stores.
You’ll get a chance to:
- Support product testing management for development projects.
- Responsible for overseeing the sampling inventory for product evaluations.
- Communicate product development projects and information to cross-functional PI team
- Manage the online recipe system by ensuring that information is accurate, updated, and communicated to Operations.
- Maintain recipe manual, job aids, and cost of goods information for company-wide access.
- Provide administrative support, coordinating meeting logistics and maintaining needed supplies to Product Innovation Team.

Your background & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Food Science or Culinary Arts
- Minimum one of related industry experience
- Successful completion of annual store training
- Serve Safe Certification
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
