job summary:

Product Application Engineer career opportunity for global manufacturer located in the Charleston, SC area. Established manufacturer is interviewing candidates that have a B.S.in Engineering with preferrable experience in a chemical or a manufacturing facility. Candidates that have 2-3 years work experience post college should consider this opportunity. Company provides training and educaional incentives for career focused Engineers. This role will support clients regarding manufactured products specific to the needs of clients with engineered solutions. In addition, the Product Application Engineer will prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers and in support of Team Regional Sales Managers as required. The salary/compensation package is based on DOE up to $75k with benefits and annual bonus.

responsibilities:

• The Employee shall interact with assigned key accounts, establish excellent relationships, and

manage sales activity for the product lines

• The Employee shall work on key account related statistics and develop these

• The Employee shall work on quotes and supporting documentation and do follow up with

customers and after sales communication

• Domestic and international periodic travel maybe required to support sales, perform customer

site assessments, attend trade shows, and undertake greater depth training.

• The Employee shall act as a Project Manager on engineering bid packages/orders. Oversee the

project from the beginning to end ensuring customer satisfaction with product, product quality,

delivery time, supporting documentation, etc.

• The Employee shall communicate with all departments and applicable subsidiaries for best customer support (technical and commercial)

• The Employee shall provide technical/commercial support to regional managers/representatives
