*We are looking for a Civil Process Server(s) for Pasco County, Florida*

ProVest is one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, providing service of process and related services to many of the country's most notable law firms and financial institutions. We serve thousands of documents each year - ranging from foreclosure and collection proceedings to litigation and civil complaints.
We are looking for self-reliant, results-driven, personable people to work as independent contractors delivering legal documents. Specifically in Dade City, Lacoochee, Trilby, Zephyrhills, FL.

You drive your own car and set your own schedule (based on our flexible time parameters). We provide everything else you need.

We will provide walk-through and support as you learn to use our proprietary apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) on your smartphone to help record all your work, track your payments, and even map your stops.

• Be pleasant and personable with the people you meet and to whom you deliver documents.

Additional information

• Must be able to attempt files within parameters (no exception)
• Commit 3-5 (to include Saturday) to service ProVest files
• $25.00 for collections per address serviced
• This is a contractor position (1099), not an employee (W2)

This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly!** Private Investigators, process servers, law enforcement agents are preferred ***

You will have a designated FL liaison to assist with all operational questions and concerns. All cases will be mailed to you to attempt service. You will be classified as a "non-local" server, meaning you do not have to go into our FL.

Work with little supervision

• You take pride in your work and you can connect with people, in person, on their doorstep.
• A desire to work variable hours, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends(EXCLUDING SUNDAY).
• Must have your own reliable transportation, driver license, insurance
• Mobile App Aptitude – Everything is done in our mobile app.
• Access to a printer, computer, and scanner
• Able to service all counties listed above (best if you reside within one of the counties listed).
