Job Details:
· Understanding of product, process, tools, and production capacity
· Leather wrapping experience (leather, vinyl) mandatory
· Technical support and discussion with suppliers and customers
· Oversee technical product as it relates to tools and processes
· Assist in building and checking of prototypes and samples
· Executing change management
· Work to improve processes and performance of trials/products
· Development of concepts for new processes in collaboration with key accounts
· Authoring of technical documents for manufacturing parameters and processing windows
· Development of statements of work/requirements for suppliers in coordination with purchasing
· Performing technical talks with suppliers
· Checking and approving of equipment with specification sheets
· Transfer of equipment from supply base into subsidiaries
· Support of series run offs and customer build events
· Participation in product and process FMEA
· Review of the CAD construction for products and equipment
· Management of suppliers /supplier development when necessary
· Tracking of timing plans with suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
