Masis Professional Group has an immediate need for a Process Control Assistant for a very well-established and growing manufacturing firm in the Freemont, NE area on a full-time permanent basis. The Process Control Assistant must be fluent in English & Japanese. This is an awesome opportunity for the right candidate. Relocation assistance is offered as well.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Assist with Process Control for export & domestic product.
• Assist Production Supervisors and Management to correct quality and process control issues when necessary.
• Facilitate communication of process control issues throughout the organization.
• Fill in the duties of VP of Process Control during absences.
• Assist with R&D product sample development and reporting to Management and Customers.
• Maintain correct daily paperwork.
• Assist Customer Service (communication with customer by e-mail and phone using Japanese language,claim investigation, helping visiting customers)
• Assist to develop specification sheets and other related documents with Quality control and other relevant departments. This will include, but is not limited to, Japanese products.
• Assist research and have working knowledge of each product to develop specification sheets.
• Other duties assigned by Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Japanese)
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance is required.
• Desire to learn new processes and ability to have a good attitude in doing so.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
