Summerlin estate planning law firm looking for probate paralegal with 2+ years of experience. Duties include file management from start to finish, including preparation of pleadings and documents relevant to client files, calendaring and following relevant court/discovery dates and deadlines, preparing correspondence to creditors and beneficiaries, managing workflow through the court system and participating in department and client meetings. Ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills while keeping clients informed of all progress and returning calls in a timely manner. Candidate should also be organized, detail oriented and be able to manage large (50+ files) caseload. Excellent written and verbal communication a must. Ability to work independently. Two years of estate planning or probate related experience preferred but not required. Prefer candidate has experience preparing and handling court pleadings and court procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
