Pay Range: $86k-$122k

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Complete advanced, specialized engineering projects within one of the company's engineering areas: Manufacturing, Product, Process, and Industrial.
• Complete projects independently with minimal or no oversight.
• When necessary, provide leadership, feedback, and support to engineers and senior engineers on their projects.
• Identify current and potential process inefficiencies and product deficiencies. Develop suggestions and solutions for such issues.
• Implement process improvements and ensure that necessary employees are trained in new procedures.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products are designed andmanufactured according to engineering best practices.
• Ensure that all work completed or overseen meets or exceeds the highest professional and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. (Master's degree preferred.)
• 8 years of related experience or training.
• PE certification or specialized training in a related engineering area is highly desirable (Manufacturing, Product, Industrial, or Process).
