Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist in leading our Manufacturing ERP Practice with the delivery of successful client engagements while growing the practice.
• Lead practice development efforts including: identify targets, proactively generate leads, create compelling presentations and proposals and close new engagements with new and existing clients.
• Oversee, direct and assist in managing moderate and large global digital strategy, ERP selection, implementation and optimization projects. Ensure quality work and services are delivered on all engagements to continuously improve client satisfaction.
• Introduce disruptive technologies such as IoT, RPA and AI to drive client operational improvement toward Industry 4.0.
• Develop team and staff through coaching, mentoring and career planning.

The qualifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management related field of study or related field is required
• Prior experience in selection and implementing ERP solutions in manufacturing industry required
• Minimum of 8 years of diverse manufacturing industry application experience including previous experience utilizing an ERP solution and/or providing ERP Consulting preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a technology consulting practice of a public accounting firm or technical consulting firm preferred
• APICS CPIM and/or PMI PMP certification preferred
• Spanish language fluency a bonus
• Frequent travel throughout the U.S. with occasional international, with approximately 50-60% overnight travel (post-pandemic)
