ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position is responsible for preparing entire meals, assisting with prep of other meals or caterings, and service of menu items. This position is also responsible for overall cleanliness, stocking of work areas, and overall safety and sanitation of work areas.
We are looking for applicants who have flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. Preferred shifts include:
- Weekdays: 3:00PM - 8:00PM
- Weekends: 7:00AM - 1:00PM
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
Support the preparation of all foods served, following standard recipes and special diet orders.
Plan large quantity food production to coordinate meal service.
Supervise dietary aides, utility workers, host, and other staff on the shift.
Cook to order for restaurant style menu.
Assist with catering functions as needed.

Have experience with recipes, special diets, quantity cooking, food service equipment, or full-service dining establishments.
Can perform basic math and understand measurements.
Will complete your ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
