Overview:
The Precision Technology Support Specialist (Level II) is a position where performance and leadership are cultivated and expected. This role is ideal for a highly knowledgeable Precision Farming professional to directly support the internal organization, our dealers and customers. This person will use their expertise to completely resolve issues at the highest level of proficiency in the field - including our Factory Fit, aftermarket and digital solutions.
This individual will work remotely and will support the Eastern/Northeastern Region of the US and Canada (ideally located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, or the Eastern Canada Provinces). Responsibilities:
The salary range for this position is $76,000 to $109,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on several factors including skills, experience and qualifications for the role.)

This individual will work remotely and will support the Eastern/Northeastern Region of the US and Canada (ideally located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, or the Eastern Canada Provinces).
Be a technical resource for other members of the Precision Support team.- Build and maintain Technical Documents for current use with specific procedures for our customer/technicians in the field.
- Ability to deliver dealer and customer training. Either in a one-on-one situation or a classroom setting.
- Be hands on with our dealers and customer to resolved issues by phone or Face to Face.
- Assigned to 1 of our 5 geographies that our Precision Support Pods operate.
- Work closely with technical support teams, field sales managers and quality teams to ensure timely resolution to technical concerns / issues throughout the crop year.
- Provide feedback to Product management to improve the design of our solutions.
- Diagnosis of systems using electronic test equipment and interpretation of fault codes.
- Adjustments and settings for hydraulic, electrical and application performance.
- Knowledge of procedures related to equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Answer general inquiries related to setup and operation of precision aftermarket solutions.
- Reacting quickly to HOT TOPIC issues and solving them in a professional and fast manner.
- Able to work independently and have a well-developed resource network of internal (or external for Aftermarket Products) specialists.

Associates Degree (in Engineering, Industrial, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Automotive or related degree) with at least six (6) years' of technical experience; OR- HS Diploma/GED with at least eight (8) years' of technical experience in the agricultural, construction and/or heavy equipment industry
- Technical experience should include experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12 or 24 volt DC), hydraulic systems and knowledge of electronic test equipment (at minimum, multi-meter required)
- Ability to work a fluctuating schedule Monday through Sunday
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time (within North America)
- Must provide high speed wifi internet access
The ideal candidate will possess:
Familiarity of general farming practices- Knowledge of Precision Farming products
- Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; automobile and/or aviation)
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer navigation skills
- Previous experience being a mentor, guide, and/or resource to other team members
