Seeking Power Electronics Engineer with 3+ years of development experience to contribute to and lead applied R&D and product development programs.

Requirements
- Exclusive US citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years industry experience with power electronics systems such as motor drives, generators, AC/AC and DC/DC converters, and/or energy storage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualified Candidates will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, including power conversion topologies
- Design electromagnetics for power applications
- Design for high frequency/wide band gap power conversion
- Design for high frequency, high power amplifiers
- Design analog circuits including analog filters, transistor and op-amp circuits, interface circuits, signal conditioning, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, AC/AC converters, and power supplies.
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot analog and digital electronic circuits and custom PCBs.
- Lead technical electrical design for projects in a multidisciplinary environment
- Implement new technology from concept through detailed design
- Proficiency using design and simulation software such as Altium, KiCAD, SPICE, MATLAB and Simulink
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience/Knowledge of high-power electronics design for vehicle electrification, renewable energy, generator, and battery charger applications
- Knowledge of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
