We are actively looking to hire a experienced maintenance porter for our apartment community! Our community consists of a 194 units, several court yards within and a clubhouse. We offer great benefits and onsite training! We also offer housing at a discounted price.

Job Tasks:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of community clubhouse, gym, laundry facilities, mail rooms, fitness center, and restrooms.
• Ensure all areas of the facility including the dumpster areas are free of debris and maintained to a high standard.
• Maintain the exterior of the building and grounds such as removal of dog feces, garbage pick up, bulky item break down, graffiti removal, lighting on buildings and carports, pressure washing etc.
• Notify management of any issues or repairs that require professional attention. Any safety hazards must be reported.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and notify management when supplies are low.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

• Basic electrical such as smoke detector/carbon monoxide replacements and light fixture replacements
• Basic plumbing such as unclogged sinks and toilets and minor leak repair
• HVAC troubleshoot and maintenance
• Interior painting including drywall repair

Other Requirements:

• Uniform (will be provided)
• Emergency On Call (phone will be provided and will be 1 week on to 1 week off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
