Commercial Project Manager and Supervisor

Job Summary/Benefits

· Use acquired skills to oversee, project manage and supervise all commercial jobs.

Requirements to include but not limited to making sure all jobs are completed per plans, conform to local codes, and are completed within allotted man/crew hours/days. Ensure each project meets or exceeds the standards White Hall Plumbing & Hydronics expects and is proud to deliver.

· Project Management is not projected to consume a full day (8 -10 hours). Remaining hours to be spent as a working job foreman and/or other duties to be assigned by management.

· Hours worked per week range between 40-50, or as needed to complete all tasks

· Project Manager is considered a salary position. Salary positions are not eligible for overtime. A salaried employee must work a minimum of four hours a day to receive pay for that day.

· Economic Conditions may affect The Commercial PM and Supervisor Position and its benefits

· Includes company vehicle

Job Requirements, to include but not limited to

· Interact and directly communicate with all GC’s and Internal Project Managers. Topics to include but not limited to changes of scope, extras and red line plans. Communicate to office staff for paperwork processing

· Interact and assist men to make sure only required materials are being ordered per specs

· Have a direct role with training employees

· Demonstrate and provide leadership to all field staff focused on the following key areas: customer focus, customer service, company policy, procedure and pross, safety rules and practices

· Work onsite with men to assist in tasks where they need help ie: ground works, rough in, trim etc.…

· Enforce all employees follow White Hall safety guidelines (following safety, in safety gear/PPE) at all times

· Attend pre-construction and progress meetings

· Uphold our standards for jobsite cleanliness. (make sure job sites are kept clean of debris and trash)

· Ensure WHP tools, material and equipment is safe and secure on job sites.

· Perform or inspect completeness of Job punch lists and proper sign off by GC is obtained

· Quality control to be completed at each stage of job

· Coordinate all equipment and sub-contractors to be onsite as needed

· Eventually work with internal PM to complete weekly schedules

· On a weekly basis visit all job sites where men are staffed, other site visits will or may be needed to see if jobs are or when they are ready for staffing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Journeyman Plumber (Preferred)
