Blue Chip Maintenance is a contractor-focused platform that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled work orders based around the contractor's availability, location, and skill set. There are no fees associated with working with us. We will handle the scheduling, estimates, and invoicing.

We are looking for skilled plumbers, electricians, drywall specialists, carpenters, and handymen to complete work orders for single family rental homes.

Requirements:
- Must drive a truck, van, or SUV
- Pass Background Check
- Must be able to show up on time. No show, no work.
- Quality work
- Smart Phone

Looking for someone who can do at least 3 or more of the following:

- Plumbers (can handle main line repair, augering, !!!WATER HEATERS!!! etc)

- HVAC Technicians with EPA cards

-Drywall/texture/paint - Appliance Repair

-Garage Doors repair

-Fence repairs and replacement

-Electrical work

- Tree Removal

-General handyman/maintenance work

The Pay:
-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a weekly basis
