JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for implementation and support of player and alumni activities and involvement with community outreach programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with players/alumni to educate them on the importance of community appearances.
• Secure and attend player and alumni appearances.
• Create and execute the alumni news publication.
• Maintain the player community communication board.
• Coordinate the Green Bay Packers Tailgate Tour.
• Manage the CRM and community outreach appearance database.
• Coordinate alumni activities for home game weekends.
• Organize Alumni Weekend activities.
• Serve on various community boards.
• Communicate NFL grant opportunities to current and former players.
• Coordinate items signed by players for various departments.
• Have flexibility to help and assist all events with the Community Outreach Department.
• Research projects and programs as directed by the Director of Community Outreach & Player/Alumni Relations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior NFL player experience with dedication to the community preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with five years coordinating experience.
• Able to build relationships with people both internally and externally on an extremely professional level.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and Outlook.
• Energetic personality with excellent communication and people skills.
• Public speaking skills a plus.
• Organized. Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated. Able to adhere to deadlines.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Ability to contribute to an overall team effort.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
• Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Operates in a professional office environment.
• Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

TRAVEL: Travel to some appearances will be required.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
