Job Overview
Provides technical support in the manufacturing of liquid drinks. Must be versatile and able to troubleshoot breakdowns in addition to being proactive with adequate preventative maintenance to avoid machine malfunction and unnecessary downtime. Collaborates with team members to meet production goals within operating budgets. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented and demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment.
Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and coordinate maintenance work to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
  • Perform troubleshooting, calibration and equipment repairs using PLCs as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Install, repair, and maintain all types of electrical and mechanical equipment including PLC’s, wiring, motor starters, switches, motors, gearboxes, pumps, filters, actuators, valves, etc.
  • Write program changes, fix process issues, and “remote access” programs using Asset Center as needed.
  • Read and interpret/understand blueprints and CAD drawings and retrieve and download programs into HMI’s.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, welders, torches, micrometers, calipers, and electrical and instrument test equipment to install, maintain, and troubleshoot plant equipment.
  • Documentation of work performed and any unusual conditions, or defective equipment with the highest accuracy possible in SAP.
  • Works with all departments to meet or surpass the plant’s safety goals.
  • Follows all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedure.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of problem solving breakdowns on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Proficient with AllenBradly and Batchview to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • PLC and Electrical experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 3 shifts (8 hours per shift)

  • 1st Shift: 7:00AM – 3:30PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:30AM (last work day of weekends on Saturday morning)
  • Must be available full time and any for shift - overtime in 4 hour increments either before or after a scheduled shift may be required.
