BEYOND MOTION is a local dynamic company with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Our team works together to help our clients achieve the right balance of personal training, Pilates, nutrition and overall wellness.
We are very excited for this next chapter for BEYOND MOTION and are looking for the right person to join our amazing Pilates team.
This is a W2 position for between 20-30 hours per week. Our Pilates Instructor's place an emphasis on quality & provide first-class services.
You will work with a variety of clients including those who are simply looking to improve their fitness and those who are actively being treated by a physical therapist. Our instructors need to have knowledge of therapeutic Pilates and/or a strong knowledge of/interest in anatomy, in addition to developing client specific athletic based workouts. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and are expected to communicate with other team members to provide the best experience for our clients.
Requirements
- Must be comprehensively certified Pilates instructor
- Minimum of 1 year Pilates teaching on all equipment
- Must be open, understand how to be a part of a team environment, communicative & energetic
- Must be a "product of the product"
- Must like dogs (2 on site)
- We are a NO DRAMA environment and do not tolerate negativity
- Current certs, PMA, CPR/AED and Liability Insurance
- Live a healthy lifestyle
- Already live in Naples, Bonita, Estero area
- This position is not for someone that owns, operates, or manages another fitness or Pilates facility in person or online.
